All Convention activities with the exception of the Friday evening dinner will take place at the Business Design Centre.
On Friday evening an informal dinner will take place at the Hilton Hotel immediately adjacent to the Business Design Centre.
We have negotiated a 10% discount on rooms and these are available on a first come, first served basis. Please note that room rates may vary daily and the same room may be available at a lower price by shopping around on the internet.
Members are advised not to wait until the last minute to make their booking.

The Hilton Hotel booking link is listed below and offers a 10% discount rates at the hotel over the Convention weekend. Attendees can book for Friday through to Sunday or for just one night over this period.
Please note that rates for the hotel may be found at a lower rate on aggregator booking sites such as booking.com etc. and also the rate will fluctuate according to demand at the hotel, so rates might be lower (or higher) at any point ahead of Convention.
It is important to note that hotel rates in London are high at the moment (even at the lower end of the market).
