Virtual Presentations
This year we will be holding the online presentation element of the virtual convention live on Saturday 10th February 2024 at 4pm London time.
We appreciate we are an international Society and that no single time will suit everyone, but for those who are unable to join us live, a recorded version will be available soon after live broadcast.
We have a fantastic lineup of presenters that we believe you will enjoy. They have put significant effort into preparing and your attendance would be welcomed.

Virtual Exhibition
The virtual exhibition is an important part of the virtual Convention as it allows members who otherwise are unable to share their knowledge, expertise, passion and stories from their collections with other members.
If you would like to enter the virtual exhibition please see the key dates and entry requirements below.
Key Dates:
21st September 2023 – entries open for the virtual exhibition. Please enter your exhibit by contacting convention@omrs.org with the following details:
The exhibit title, a short summary of its content and the intended format of the exhibit (this can be changed if you change your mind up to the closing date for entries). A full set of guidelines and rule is also attached below.
19th January – final date for virtual exhibits to be submitted for loading onto the OMRS website.
10th February – exhibits will go live, exact time to be confirmed.
